Reflecting on the Journey of Learning to Use Blog  I had mixed feelings of excitement and anxiety when I first started learning how to utilize a blog. I began by creating my own blog account through my mentor mentee group. I explored several blogging platforms and features. Though it was kind of boring at the beginning, I found it exciting setting up my own blog because I could choose the theme, layout, and design that best suited my objectives and personality. As I became more involved in blogging, I developed my skills in content creation, social networking and commenting interaction with readers. Observing World Food Day

Observing World Food Day 16th October 2023   On 16th October, Samtse College of Education observed World Food Day. This event was mainly held to create awareness about the significance of healthy diet and saving water. The event took place at the auditorium with a large number of students, faculty, and the president. A short dramatization was performed by the BASW students highlighting the importance of food and water. Through this play I was aware of challenges that we may face in future if we do not eat nitrous food and manage water. Therefore, I learned that food and water should be used wisely. Closing the taps when not used and eating healthy diet are some of the measures that can be taken to minimize the challenges in future. In addition, a survey conducted by BASW students on eating healthy diet showed that 70 percent of students consume more of junk food than nutrient foods, which may cause eating disorders or other diseases. Traveling Alone (learning log#2)

  I was both excited and nervous when I made the decision to travel alone. I had never done it before, so I was not sure what to anticipate. I encountered numerous challenges while traveling alone. Feeling lonely and insecure was one of the major difficulties that I faced, particularly during meals and visiting unknown places. It took some time for me to become comfortable and have fun. Furthermore, getting around strange places and handling unforeseen circumstances on my own became an additional problem. Nevertheless , I learned a lot from these difficulties. Firstly , I discovered how to appreciate and enjoy my own company. I found peace and joy in exploring by myself. In addition, I became more confident and independent, learning to ask for help when needed and adapt to new environments. As a result, I intend to apply these lessons for my future trips.
